Mike Patton is certainly the man. I'm definitely a fan of his, although I haven't heard too many of his millions of projects he's currently involved with. Faith No More is one of my favorites of course, as is Mr. Bungle. I've been trying to get a Fantomas and Tomahawk CD, but the guy at the record store keeps "ordering it" for me and it keeps "not appearing." Riiiiight. I'd love to see Faith No More do a reunion tour . . . or at least one show for one night in my state. Mr. Bungle would be great to see live too, although according to Mike it's "not even on a burner right now". Yikes.

If you want to cut through the red tape, you can order CD's directly from Mike Patton at www.ipecac.comoopss....actually, you can get them from www.amazon.com

Yeah, I know I could order them through Ipecac . . . I was going to do that originally, but after my credit card number got stolen, I'm somewhat hesitant to use the card online now. That's why I was going through the record stores. (But hey, someone got a whoooooole lotta pornographic t-shirts with my Visa, woohoo!).

I went to the site to check on what I was saying...and noticed that it looks like they either stopped selling them directly, or have become a merchant on Amazon...
That sux getting your card stolen.....it's gotta make it hard to trust anything....but I've never gone wrong using Amazon as their encryption seems top notch. I never use mine with any company that I'm not absolutely sure of though...

Wow, who doesn't amazon.com own these days? And I when I used the card online, it was usually only with big merchants like amazon.com . . . never any random creepy places. But *shrug* somewhere security was lax. But whatever, water under the bridge and all that . . . . I didn't have to pay or anything like that. The credit card people actually called me while I was at work, and were like, "Did you just make a purchase from blahblahblah.com?" and when I said no, they terminated the account. So that was good at least. No fuss, no muss.
