...is being worked on at the moment at Andy LaRocque's studio in Gothenburg, Sweden. King told the audience in Milwaukee that they were being recorded for this...so I can't wait until it comes out so that I can buy it as a reminder of one of the best shows of the year!

Holy crap! This is the best news I've gotten since . . . well, probably the best news I've gotten since I found out the Puppet Master tour was coming to Connecticut, and that was a while ago so I needed a dose of good news.

I just read on the Coven site, that the live thing being worked on is a CD and not a DVD. That's good and not good at the same time. I'd love the live album, most definitely. But I'd also really love a live DVD. Maybe they'll do both?
You've probably already seen it, but this is what the site says:
KING DIAMOND, after recently completing a full US tour with ENTOMBED, is mulling over the idea of releasing a full live CD from several shows that were recorded during the aforementioned outing.
The band are currently in Sweden at guitarist Andy LaRocque's studio outside Gothenburg listening to the tracks and deciding what to use towards this possible live CD. Drummer Matt Thompson had this to say:
"They sound great and a live album should be finished next year. We will tour Europe in 2004 if all goes as planned."

It's about time King released a live dvd. I've been waiting 15 years give or take. It could'nt get realesed soon enough.

Ohh man when you said LIVE DVD I nearly shot my shorts...
Still it's been since 1987 since we had a Live CD from him, so I'll take what I can get!
